The common thread is the requirement for a material that is more abrasion-resistant than rubber, more impact-tolerant than engineering plastics, and more versatile in formulation than either. Cast polyurethane fills this gap across a wide range of general engineering applications.

OEM Component Manufacturing

Original equipment manufacturers require reliable, consistent supply of custom components built to their exact specifications. We manufacture polyurethane components for OEM customers under ongoing production arrangements — tooling held in our facility, production runs scheduled to call-off, quality consistent across batches.

OEM applications include drive rollers for material handling equipment, wear components for screening machines, sealing components for industrial valves, and custom-profiled wear parts for processing equipment. If your equipment includes a polyurethane wear component, we can likely manufacture it.

Machine Guarding and Impact Protection

Polyurethane sheet and custom mouldings are widely used for machine guarding applications where noise reduction and impact absorption are required simultaneously. Unlike metal guards, polyurethane guards absorb impact energy rather than transmitting it, and significantly reduce noise in manufacturing environments.

We supply polyurethane sheet cut to size for machine guard lining, and manufacture custom-profiled guards and bumpers for specific machine configurations.

Wear-Resistant Linings

Any surface in contact with abrasive materials — aggregate, ore, grain, recycled materials — is a candidate for polyurethane lining. We manufacture wear-resistant liners for hoppers, chutes, conveyors, skip bins, truck body liners, and any other surface where abrasion is causing premature wear.

Liners are available as bolt-on panels from sheet stock, or as bonded liners with steel backing for structural attachment. Contact us with your application and we will specify the appropriate approach.

Construction and Infrastructure

Construction applications for polyurethane include form release pads, temporary bearing pads, vibration isolation mounts, and custom components for formwork systems. The combination of compressive load capacity and flexibility makes cast polyurethane suitable for temporary structural applications where rubber is too soft and steel is too rigid.
